Shipping Info Processing We can take between 1 to 5 business days to process orders and up to 10 days for some items. You will receive a notification by email if the processing time takes longer than expected. Once the order is confirmed and payment received, you will receive an email to confirm the order. After that, within 3 to 5 business days we will then notify you when the items ordered have been sent. A delivery tracking number will be communicated once the items have been shipped. Shipping costs and time: UK free shipping Rest of world (EU, USA, ASIA ...) 1- Estimated delivery time: 12-25 days (Processing Time and Shipping Time) Delivery costs For Weight up to 5lb = £5 For weight 5lb-25lb = £12 For weight 26lb-35lb = £30 depending on countries 2- Estimated delivery time: 30-60 days (processing time and shipping time ) Delivery cost for weight up to 5lb = £20 Delivery cost for weight over 5lb and up to 25lb = £35 Rest of the world and all other continent not listed above. However, it might happen not to be able to deliver some items in some countries where the restrictions have been put in place by our suppliers or on commercial agreements. In that case, we will notify you by email, cancel your order and proceed with the full refund. Customs Tax and Duty Depending on the law in each country, customers may have to pay tariff or additional fees after customs inspections. Unfortunately, we don’t pay tax and customs fees for our customers. If there is any fee due after customs inspections, you will receive a notification from our shipping company or from the customs office of the delivery country depending on the law of that country.
